Job Description

SummitCove Property Management is looking to expand our Guest Services Team in Keystone.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Checking guests in and out
Answering guest and owner phone calls
Knowledge of Keystone Resort, Summit County area
Assisting guests with issues, working with other departments to resolve them quickly
Entering work orders for maintenance and housekeeping
Running errands
Daily office tasks, cleaning, vacuuming, taking out trash, etc
Project work

Experience in customer service is highly desired, but we will train the right candidate. Hours for this position are from 11pm – 7am, This position is part time, but more hours can be available if you are interested in full time.
