Salary: $38,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year

FootSteps Marketing’s Client Success Specialist will serve as a client liaison, managing a portfolio of accounts and campaigns, building great relationships, managing projects and deliverables, and growing accounts. You’ll serve as both the client’s representative to our internal team and as well as the face of FootSteps Marketing in client interactions. The Client Success Specialist will increase client loyalty and help to create a connected, trusted, differentiated bond between the client and FootSteps.

The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for:

  • maintaining healthy relationships with current clients by providing proactive and consistent
  • communications with clients on account progress, performance and problem resolution
  • becoming a FootSteps Marketing product and services expert to better support the evolving needs of current clients and engaging in consultative sales with current clients
  • growing monthly revenues within current client base
  • ensuring customer service and quality control
  • collaborating with Marketing Services (MS) department to assess and deliver on client requests
  • proactively supporting customer success – consistently looking for opportunities to be helpful and add value to customers above and beyond their expectations
  • helping to maintain databases of all current clients and service levels
  • identifying client issues and helping FootSteps team coordinate solutions
  • welcoming new clients to FootSteps, coordinating services and accounting

The Client Success Manager will need to have the following experience and skills:

  • a consultative approach to sales and client success
  • an outgoing personality with excellent communication and writing skills
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task and meet high goals
  • experience in dynamic client-facing situations with the ability to shift gears comfortably and effectively from client- to team- facing problem-solving
  • advanced web skills, proficiency in Excel, search engine interfaces, and ad platforms
  • a strong work ethic with troubleshooting skills, perseverance, and patience
  • self-motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • a natural relationship builder with an emphasis on integrity, reliability, and maturity
  • the capacity to work closely with MS Coordinator to ensure customer service and quality control
  • the financial acumen to work with the accounting department to confirm accurate client billing
  • ability to prioritize appropriately among competing tasks
  • BA/BS preferred but not required
